Shipping policy

Thanks for shopping with Lowwater Field Co. Here's what to expect after you place an order.

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery times
Estimated delivery is 7-15 business days after processing, depending on the item and your location. Some items ship from our partner warehouses and may arrive separately or on slightly different timelines.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Enjoy free shipping on U.S. orders over $35.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to begin updating after you receive it.

Delays
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, high-demand periods, and weather can affect delivery. We can't control carrier delays once a package is in transit, but we'll always help you track it down.

Wrong or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at MATT@LOWWATERFIELD.COM within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
