Standard returns
You can return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Return shipping on standard returns is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
What we cannot accept
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened soft-plastic bait packages, used tackle, worn apparel, or subscription-box contents.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, let us know within 7 days of delivery. Send your order number and a few clear photos to matt@lowwaterfield.com and we will make it right with a replacement or refund. We cover the shipping on anything that was our mistake.
